I’ve actually already given a review for all of these items on my LJ but I thought I would retype them up here so it’s easier to keep track of my reviews on them. Also, after trying these products for so long (bought them in July ‘09) I think I know more about how the product works on my face.

Black Bean Nose Pack. If you have the money to spend, you may purchase it. However, I don’t think it’s that great of a product. If you usually use Biore, this works just about the same. I think the only reason why someone might think it works better is because it’s black (hence, black bean, haha). You get to see the dirties more clearly
. After you peel it off it actually leaves a bit of black streaks across the nose. I guess Biore probably leaves gunk on the face afterwards too, but I don’t notice as much since the Biore strip is white >_<. It does have a bit of a weird smell (the smell of black bean x_x) if you aren’t used to it. I got used to it, but I never quite liked it haha. Which isn’t good when you have to put it over your nose.

Premium Touch Pearl Brush. I’m honestly just a newbie to makeup and I barely wear any. I wear foundation to sooth out my complexion though so I wanted to graduate from sponge to brush haha. I guess if you’re new like me and wanted to try out/learn how to use it to apply foundation, you can buy this. I’m really looking to invest in a better one though (MAC 187
) because I don’t know how long I can keep using this =_=. At first it seemed fine, but now I see that it’s not. Every time I apply makeup I get hair from the brush onto my face now! From tiny little ones to the long ones that are the whole length. WTF? It’s irritating especially how I don’t really wear glasses so I can’t always see where it is on my face. Which means I have to pay extra attention after I apply to check that there aren’t any stuck to my face =\

Cucumber Soothing Mask (Wash Off). No matter what, I always go back to this mask. I heart it. Feels so fresh and.. cool! haha. What I love about SkinFood products is that they’re good for my skin when it’s being sensitive. Well, most of their skincare, excluding their cleansers, which I’ll get to in a second o_o. When my skin goes on a rampage and decides to suddenly spurt up pimples my skin is like screaming in pain. Or when my skin feels tired, I feel like this mask gives it that little wake up call. Definitely brings it back from the dead a little because of its soothing effects. Sometimes when you’re using way too much products on your skin and it needs something to calm it down, I definitely recommend this. Ah hell, I recommend it just for the hell of having that cool feeling that it leaves you while on your face :B.

Lettuce Cucumber Water Jelly Cream. Continue the nice, cool, splash-of-water-on-your-face feeling with the jelly cream! I gotta say I don’t think it moisturizes quite enough, though. During the summer, I usually just put this one because it’s like adding water to your face, literally The jelly just turns to water when you rub it on your face making your face feel fresh. Since it’s winter now though I like putting this on and putting my thicker moisturizer over this.. I can’t help it.. I heart the feeling of it on my face =\ Bottom line? Not recommended if your face is dry and your need a moisturizer to get rid of flakies, however, you might like to put it under your usual moisturizer for the little bit of extra moisture. Recommended during the summer if you have oily skin

Aloe Vera Foaming Cleanser. SkinFood recommended this for combo skin I think? I don’t see why. I guess since I’ve been using very drying cleansers as of late, I didn’t realize how drying this cleanser actually was. Not until I switched to another Brand to try out their cleanser that I finally remember.. no.. cleansers shouldn’t strip you of your oils like this. Even if you have oily skin, I do not recommend this. Sure, it takes away your face oils, but it doesn’t do it right. A person’s face shouldn’t feel like a desert after a face wash TT_TT. This cleanser does exactly that. My face feels tight right after wash. Even while I’m washing the foam off my face I can already feel my hands drying up. What are you doing to my dry hands D: !!?

Cocoa Lip Balm. Ahhh this lip balm. What to say? I don’t really know what happened. It grew from love to neutral feelings haha. I really did like this when I first got it and used it for a bit. Lately when I use it I feel like it does soften my lips but it also shows all my dry lip skin =_=. Even after I scrub my lips free of it!! I now only use it at night before I sleep to keep my lips soft so in the morning after I wish my face it’s easier to scrub off dead skin from lips
My f riend bought this during our second group order. She likes it. Her mom even jacks some of it sometimes haha. So I think it’s worth a try because I did use to love. Maybe it’s the winter weather in Canada that’s affecting my skin =_=. I also love the smell of the lip balm. Mmm cocoaaa.

Pineapple Hand Cream. Their pineapple hand cream smells really good. It’s light, but I’d rather it be light than suffocating me with its scent. I notice that when I put this on my hand feels a bit waxy though. Usually it’s a bit greasy from the cocoa butter or whatever so I’m not quite sure why this one feels waxy instead haha. Don’t know if everyone will be happy with that. Apparently, this is supposed to be for wrinkle care, but I don’t exactly have hand wrinkles.. and I’m pretty sure wrinkle care stuff takes a while for it to show results. By that time, I’ll be finished with this tube haha. My friend bought their Pineapple Repair Cream and had good results though. Soo, try if you just want a hand cream to stash away in your purse, if you want. However I’m not going to especially recommend it or anything.

Parsley and Mandarin Emulsion. I don’t have the whole line so I’m not sure if it’s really this that is responsible for any improvements haha. When I started using the emulsion I also switch a couple of other products I was using with other SkinFood products x_x haha. What I noticed though was that after a couple days of using it, the red areas caused by pimples quickly reduced. It also healed more quickly. I’m not sure if emulsions are supposed to moisturize. This one did, a little bit, but not quite enough. Obviously, I would still have to apply an actual moisturizer on top of it. What I liked about this product was that it didn’t sting areas that had acne. Whenever I get pimples somewhere it gets sensitive in that area =\. So if you want something to deal with your acne maybe you can try this one out. It wouldn’t hurt since it wouldn’t make it worse like some harsh acne products. My friends weren’t too fond of the scent, but I rather like it. It says parsley & mandarin but I’m not really quite sure how to describe it, to be honest haha.

Sugar Cookie Blusher #2 Bebe Peach. Isn’t the shade rather cute? Don’t get tempted! It’s trying to trick you!! It literally picks up no colors =_=. Even when I swipe my finger against it (hard) I could only see a slight color on my fingers.. not to mention when I put it on my cheeks >_>. Waste of money~
